The Advisory Council for Medical Assistance (MAC) is a committee comprised of health professionals, providers, advocates, and Medicaid recipients. KRS 205.540 and KRS 205.550 outlines the members of the council and details its role with Medicaid. A meeting will be held on Thursday, May 27 from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. The Dental Technical Advisory Committee works with the Advisory Council for Medical Assistance and the commissioner of Medicaid to resolve issues in the dental health system.
